1. Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery

To request a replacement, please send us:

  • A clear photo or video of the defect (unboxing video highly recommended)

  • Courier the item back to us, and we’ll deliver your replacement product within 7–10 days
